The Primorsky District Court of Odessa ordered a man to read Ukrainian literature for spreading anti-Ukrainian posts. This is stated in the verdict of the court.
It was established that in March, the man disseminated on the Internet public calls for a violent change and overthrow of the constitutional order of Ukraine.
At the court session, he pleaded guilty in full, repents of his deed, after what he saw near Kyiv (the atrocities of the military of the Russian Federation), he independently deleted publications and helped with medicines for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He was found guilty of committing crimes under Part 1 of Art. 110, part 2 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and sentenced to imprisonment for 5 (five) years without confiscation of property, but released from serving a sentence with a probationary period of 3 years.
